My initial review gave Weber a low rating. When I made additional contact with them all issues were pleasantly resolved to the extent that I have changed my rating. Based on Webers response to my initial concerns I would recommend them. They demonstrated great customer service!!!

We had new flooring installed in our entire home and are 100% satisfied with the product and service we received. Sue Hardin was excellent to work with. I had so many questions. Sue patiently answered each one and provided additional information that made our decision making easier. The installation crews were on time, friendly, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Weber and especially working with Sue.

I had a situation where I needed to redo the carpet in my home and was fortunate enough to work with Melissa at Weber Flooring in Lenexa. She let me take my time and nothing was rushed or pressured and she was very helpful in the selection process. And she's just a fun person to deal with which always a plus in these situations. I'm incredibly happy with the way it turned out and how it looks. They have a very large selection to choose from so that certainly helped. I'd definitely buy from Weber's again

After shopping several stores, hoping to gain insight and direction in new flooring, we decided to stop in Joe's Carpet to see what they had to offer. We were unsure if we wanted flooring or carpet, and George Walker was a great help. He spent so much time with us, giving us options and suggestions. Not only did he offer exactly what we were looking for, but he was always available with questions and concerns we had.
The carpet is beautiful and the color perfectly compliments our home. The installation was professional and efficient, and the installers were knowledgeable and courteous. We are so happy with the overall experience and Highly Recommend Joe's Carpet / Weber Flooring! Thanks George!

Had closet carpeting replaced. Quite pricey but Sue was wonderful and stuck with me through many delays on my end. Installation was smooth, I love the carpet, and Sue was super helpful throughout the process. Only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 was due to price.

Jackie helped my wife and I extend the hardwoods through the bedrooms and closets of our new home. She was able to get us the exact matching product to what was already installed in the main areas, and remained flexible with us as dates changed for possession and install! Jackie lined up Ben for our install, and he did an incredible job! They were done in less than two days, but the results are perfect. Weber is where you want to go for a job well done, and a great cost, with the best service in town. We can't wait for the next opportunity to work with Jackie again!

Just finished a 20+ year update/remodel on my house, worked with Jessica on my flooring and ceramic. She was extremely helpful and very patient and understanding with my indecisiveness in trying to choose a good design. In the end what we chose looks fabulous and was exactly what I was hoping for. It was fun working with and getting to know Jessica she's a wonderful person who not only understands what she is doing but understands how important what you are doing as the customer means to you.

Sue was great and very helpful in helping us pick out our new kitchen floors. We had no idea what we wanted walking in and Sue was very patient in walking us thru all the options and pricing. The installers were just as good showing up on time working clean and finishing before scheduled time .We will defiantly be going back to Weber for carpet and shower installs down the road.
